INSTAGRAM IS GETTING MORE INTRESTING-facebook director moves to instagram

Facebook Director of Mobile Partnerships Emily White was shifted over to the social network’s photo-sharing application, Instagram, where she will serve as director of business operations.
AllThingsD reported on White’s move, saying that she will work with Instagram Co-Founder Kevin Systrom to expand partnerships, improve user operations, and further monetize its apps and website.
Prior to Facebook, White worked with Google, and AllThingsD reported that she has been courted by fellow social network Pinterest, and she serves on the board of Lululemon, a retailer of women’s yoga and running gear.
Facebook confirmed White’s move to AllThingsD, and Systrom released the following statement:

I’m excited to bring Emily White onto the Instagram team. As we continue to scale our operation to support over 100 million active users, her experience with partnerships and business operations will play a major role in our future success.
