But for once the heavily pregnant reality star relaxed her ever-glamorous style as she headed out for a quiet dinner with friends on Sunday night.

With her face clear of any make-up and her unwashed hair tied up in a messy topknot, Kim certainly wasn't dressed to Despite admitting she has struggled to cope with the changes pregnancy has brought to her body, Kim has insisted on keeping up with her usual style as her body has changed.

But as she left the exclusive Dan Tana restaurant in West Hollywood on Sunday night the 32-year-old appeared to have finally bent her self-inflicted rules.

In place of the sky-high heels Kim normally favours, she wore a simple pair of black flipslops.
