Nollywood actor kunle afolayan heads to tokyo

Kunle Afolayan would be heading for Tokyo, Japan on Monday, May 13, 2012 to attend the Cinema Africa International film festival. With his flicks, The Figurine and PhoneSwap to be screened at the film festival in Tokyo, the Figurine star is so ecstatic about the event.
The filmmaker’s ecstasy stems from the fact that his films will be screened to a very large Tokyo audience.
Cinema Africa, established as a nonprofit organization in Tokyo, Japan, in 2006, organizsers strive hard to develop understanding and appreciation of Africa in Japan through African films made by African filmmakers or producers.
Cinema Africa will be taking place at Auditorium Shibuya from the 18-23 May, 2013. It is organised by Committee of Cinema Africa, supported by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Japan.
